WalkScroll Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using WalkScroll ("the App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.

2. Subscriptions & Premium Features

WalkScroll offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("WalkScroll Pro") that unlock premium features.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

3. Health & Motion Data

WalkScroll uses Motion & Fitness (iOS) and Health Connect (Android) to read your step data in order to convert your physical activity into digital screen time (Time Bank). We do not use your health or motion data for any marketing or advertising purposes.

• The data is only processed locally on your device solely to provide the core functionality of the app.
• You maintain full control over this access and can revoke it at any time via your device settings.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WalkScroll or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page.
